How Information Is Used
Information is used to review project requests, respond by phone, text or email, prepare quotes, schedule accepted projects and improve site performance.
Photograph Handling
Customer photographs are used to review the requested work and are not published without permission. The website does not currently accept direct file uploads; customers may send photographs by text message for project review.
Information Sharing
RCI Services does not sell customer information. Hosting, form, email, analytics or spam-protection providers may process information when those tools are configured for the website or customer communication.
Text and Phone Communication
Contact information is used to respond to the customer's request. Message and data rates may apply for text communication.
Security, Retention and Choices
Reasonable measures are used to protect information, but no method is perfect. Retention practices are based on normal customer communication and project-record needs. Customers may call or text RCI Services to request correction or deletion when applicable.
